PTFE/ETFE/PFA Lined Tank

Description:

A PTFE / ETFE / PFA lined tank is a corrosion-resistant storage or reaction vessel where the inner surface is coated or lined with fluoropolymer materials. These linings are used to protect the metal shell (usually carbon steel) from highly corrosive chemicals, high purity requirements, or aggressive processing conditions.

Can be melt-processed and sprayed

Slightly lower chemical resistance than PTFE/PFA

Best for: industrial chemical storage with mechanical stress

PFA lining

Combines PTFE chemical resistance + better processability

Smooth surface, very low contamination risk

Excellent for high purity and semiconductor-grade chemicals

Better crack resistance than PTFE

Best for: high-purity pharma, fine chemicals, semiconductor industries
