This 2000L refining crystallization reactor is a fully customized pressure vessel, specially designed for purification, concentration, cooling crystallization and separation processes in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing and natural extract industries.
Equipped with jacket heating and cooling structure, stirring system and precise temperature control function, it realizes stable mixing, material reaction, gradual cooling and crystal precipitation under sealed and controllable working conditions. It is widely used for raw material refining, solution crystallization, product purification, impurity removal and high-purity material production.
The Hastelloy Reactor is a premium corrosion-resistant vessel designed for highly aggressive chemical environments. Made from high-performance nickel-based alloys such as Hastelloy C276, it offers exceptional resistance to strong acids, chlorides, and high-temperature corrosion, ensuring long service life and process stability.
