Electric heating stainless steel and carbon steel equipment

Electrically heated reactors are core reaction equipment in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, and new materials. They use electricity as a heat source and transfer heat through jacketed/coil heat transfer oil, making them suitable for small to medium-sized reaction conditions requiring precise temperature control.

② Heating System: Electric heating with jacket/coil thermal oil, temperature range -20℃~350℃, precision ±1℃;

③ Sealing: Mechanical/magnetic seal, leak-free, suitable for positive/negative pressure reaction;

④ Pressure Vessel: A2 class certified, design pressure 0.6~1.6MPa, explosion-proof (Ex d IIB T4 Gb);

⑤ Agitation: Variable speed stirring (paddle/frame/high-shear type), adaptable to different viscosity materials;

⑥ Installation: Compact structure, no steam boiler required, easy to install and maintain;
