External/internal coil reactors are specialized stainless steel reaction equipment designed for high-temperature heat exchange, efficient temperature control, and high-heat reaction conditions. Manufactured according to A2-level pressure vessel standards, the coil-type heat exchange structure significantly improves heat exchange area and efficiency.

① Material: 304/316L stainless steel (Hastelloy/Titanium customizable), GMP compliant with mirror polishing (Ra≤0.4μm);
② Heating System: Electric heating with jacket/coil thermal oil, temperature range -20℃~350℃, precision ±1℃;
③ Sealing: Mechanical/magnetic seal, leak-free, suitable for positive/negative pressure reaction;
④ Pressure Vessel: A2 class certified, design pressure 0.6~1.6MPa, explosion-proof (Ex d IIB T4 Gb);
⑤ Agitation: Variable speed stirring (paddle/frame/high-shear type), adaptable to different viscosity materials;
⑥ Installation: Compact structure, no steam boiler required, easy to install and maintain;
