① Pressure-bearing core: Design pressure ≥1.6MPa (maximum 32MPa available). Thick-walled vessel body, rolled/forged integrally, without welded seams, tested for hydrostatic pressure/air tightness/non-destructive testing;
② Sealing and leak prevention: Standard high-pressure magnetic seal (zero leakage without shaft seal), forged high-pressure flange + metal gasket, suitable for flammable, explosive/toxic media;
③ Material options: Carbon steel version, strong pressure resistance, low cost, suitable for neutral/slightly corrosive conditions; Stainless steel version, corrosion resistant + polished, suitable for strong acid, strong alkali, and high-pressure conditions;
④ Safety protection: High-pressure explosion-proof valve + pressure/temperature dual monitoring, automatic overpressure relief + interlocking power-off, vessel body with explosion-proof cover;
⑤ Process compatibility: Internal/external coil heat exchange (does not affect pressure bearing capacity), high-strength stirring shaft, suitable for demanding processes such as hydrogenation, supercritical synthesis, and high-temperature polymerization, 50L~20000L customizable.
