Stainless steel reactor

The stainless steel reactor uses 304/316L stainless steel as its core material and is manufactured according to the A2 grade fixed pressure vessel standard. It has core advantages such as corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, sanitary properties, and strong adaptability.

Features:

①　Core Material：304/316L stainless steel (310S/Hastelloy/Titanium customizable), mirror polishing inner surface (Ra≤0.4μm), GMP & food grade compliant.

②　Structure：Open/closed type, jacket/coil/half-pipe heat exchange structure, mechanical/magnetic seal (leak-free), volume 50L~10000L (customizable).

③　Performance：A2 class pressure vessel certified, design pressure 0.6~2.5MPa, working temperature -20℃~400℃, resistant to acid, alkali and organic solvents.

④　Agitation：Variable speed stirring (0~300r/min), paddle/frame/anchor type agitator (high-shear emulsifier customizable), fit for different viscosity materials.

⑤　Heating Compatibility：Support electric/steam/thermal oil heating & water cooling, high heat exchange efficiency, controllable heating/cooling speed.

⑥　Safety：Equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve, temperature/level sensor, over-pressure relief, over-temperature alarm, 100% non-destructive testing.
