Spiral plate heat exchanger

It consists of two steel plates rolled and pressed into two concentric spiral channels, with the hot and cold fluids flowing in complete countercurrent. It can be divided into detachable Spiral Plate Heat Exchangers and non-detachable spiral plate heat exchangers.

Features

① Double helix flow channel, full counter-current flow, large heat transfer area, high heat exchange efficiency

② High flow velocity, self-cleaning, and good anti-clogging properties 

③ Small size, small footprint, and low metal consumption

④ Suitable for high-viscosity, particulate, waste liquid, and viscous materials

⑤ Pressure resistance generally ≤1.0～1.6 MPa, temperature ≤250℃ 

⑥ Non-removable design with good sealing performance, suitable for heat exchange of highly toxic, flammable, explosive, or valuable fluids. Low price, but difficult to maintain and clean.
