How it works

Feed liquid enters from the top 

A rotating wiper/rotor system spreads it into a thin film (typically 0.1–1 mm) on the inner wall 

The wall is heated (steam, thermal oil, or electric) 

Volatile components evaporate بسرعة 

Vapors move to a condenser; residue flows downward and exits 

The thin film = very high heat transfer + short residence time
