Features

Heating / Cooling coils are located on the exterior of the tank body.

Spiral coils are welded directly to the outer wall of the tank and do not come into contact with the stored material.

No internal components; the tank interior remains smooth and clean.

Uniform heating; minimizes the risk of localized overheating.

Hot water, thermal oil, or steam circulates through the coils, transferring heat to the contents via conduction through the tank wall.

Easy to clean and maintain.

The absence of internal coils eliminates dead spots within the tank, ensuring more thorough CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning.

Highly adaptable to corrosive materials.

The tank interior can be constructed from stainless steel or fitted with an anti-corrosion lining, ensuring the coils remain unaffected by material-induced corrosion.

Simple structure and high safety.

In the event of a coil leak, the stored material will not be directly contaminated.
