MVR Multi-Effect Evaporation Equipment

MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression + Multi-Effect Evaporation) is a high-efficiency and energy-saving evaporation system that combines MVR heat pump technology with multi-effect evaporation. It is used for the concentration, crystallization, and dehydration of industrial wastewater and chemical liquids. It saves more steam than traditional multi-effect evaporators and is more suitable for high-concentration/high-boiling-point conditions than pure MVR.

Equipment Components

Evaporator: Falling film, rising film, forced circulation type

Steam Compressor: Centrifugal (high flow rate), Roots type (high pressure ratio)

Preheater, separator, condenser, vacuum system, PLC/DCS automatic control

Extreme Energy Saving:25-40 kWh of electricity consumed per ton of water evaporation; live steam consumption<0.1 t/t of water (near-zero steam during stable operation)

Low Operating Temperature: Capable of low-temperature evaporation (40–80℃), protecting heat-sensitive materials
