Steel-lined PTFE tower section

Corrosion-resistant lined equipment is a composite industrial equipment in which a layer of corrosion-resistant non-metallic material (lining layer) is attached or laminated to the inner wall of a metal substrate (such as carbon steel or stainless steel) to physically protect the substrate from corrosion.

Rubber Lined Equipment (Rubber-lined Equipment)

Materials: Natural rubber, butyl rubber, neoprene, fluororubber

Features: Good elasticity, wear resistance, impact resistance, vacuum resistance

Applications: Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sewage, media containing solid particles

Plastic/Steel Lined Equipment

Materials: PE, PP, PVC, PO, F4 (PTFE), PVDF, ECTFE

Processes: Rotational molding, compression molding, winding, thermoforming

Features: Strong corrosion resistance, wide temperature range, no weld leakage

Applications: Hydrofluoric acid, concentrated acids and alkalis, strong oxidants, high-purity media

Enameled Glass Equipment

Process: High-temperature sintering (around 900℃)

Features: Corrosion resistant, smooth, insulating, moderately resistant to rapid temperature changes

Applications: Medium and low temperature, clean environments, corrosive reactions/storage

Fiberglass lining

Materials: Epoxy resin + glass flakes, FRP

Features: Impermeable, temperature resistant, aging resistant, flexible construction

Applications: Storage tanks, floors, flues, desulfurization units
