The working principle of the high-pressure reactor is based on the principles of thermodynamics and dynamics in physical chemistry. By heating and pressurizing, the material inside the reactor can react at a higher energy state, thereby accelerating the rate of chemical reaction and improving the yield and purity of the product.
High pressure reactor can carry out chemical reaction under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It is heated by high-pressure steam in the jacket, and when the temperature reaches a predetermined value, the reaction begins.
The heat generated during the reaction needs to be dissipated by cooling gas to ensure that the reaction takes place under safe and stable conditions.
Pressure is monitored and controlled by pressure transmitter. The pressure transmitter uses epoxy resin to attach the semiconductor strain gauge to the stainless steel diaphragm. When the diaphragm is subjected to pressure, a small deformation is generated, resulting in a change in the resistance value of the strain gauge, thereby measuring the pressure.
